• Requirements

  • Vitality Challenge Hall,GENKI NO MORI Operating hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:30 PM)
  • Entrance is not permitted for preschool-aged children alone. A companion who is at least in middle school must accompany them at all times.
  • Genki no Mori: The recommended age is 4 years and older. (Some equipment is designed for elementary school students and above.)

• Restrictions

  • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.
  • Re-entry is only allowed for Genki no Mori. When re-entering, please present your "In Use" ticket to the staff. Re-entry is not permitted for any other facilities.
  • Genki no Mori: Children under 3 years old can enter for free. However, please ensure that they participate only in activities that they can comfortably experience under the supervision of a guardian.
