• Requirements

  • GENKI NO MORI Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Last Admission at 4:30 PM)
  • Entry is not permitted for preschool children alone. They must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older.
  • The minimum age requirement is 4 years old. (Some equipment is for elementary school students and older.)

• Restrictions

  • Children aged 3 and under can enter for free. However, please ensure they are under the supervision of a guardian and use the facilities within their comfort and safety limits.
  • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.

  • Our facility is open year-round, but operating hours may change depending on the season and circumstances.
