  • Petting Animal Kingdom Operating hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:30 PM)
  • Aso Volcano Onsen Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Last Admission)
  • Children cannot enter alone. A guardian or adult companion is required.
  • Genki no Mori: The recommended age is 4 years and older. (Some equipment is designed for elementary school students and above.)

• Restrictions

  • The "Redeem" button on the e-ticket will be operated by the staff. Please note that if the button is pressed by the customer, the ticket will become invalid.
  • You cannot interact with snakes, birds, red pandas, aardvarks, monkeys, meerkats, prairie dogs, or pigs.
  • You cannot feed snakes, birds, pigs, or turtles.
  • Please refrain from making loud noises or sudden sounds that may startle the animals.
  • Please do not feed anything other than the food available for sale.
  • Please do not pick up the animals. (You may pet them, but please refrain from picking them up.)
  • Please do not chase the animals.
  • Please do not throw objects inside the park.
  • Please do not run inside the park.
  • Re-entry is not allowed for Fureai Animal Kingdom and the hot spring. *The hot spring is not eligible for the 10% discount.
  • Genki no Mori: Children under 3 years old can enter for free. However, please ensure that they participate only in activities that they can comfortably experience under the supervision of a guardian.

  • To use the locker in the dressing room, you will need a 100 yen coin (which will be returned after use).
